Last week I was a bit sluggish ans only burned 774 calories during my workouts (2) and this week I burned 2,752 calories... Let's just say I made an improvement in my mindset!
I use a Polar Heart rate monitor track my workouts! It's not an exact science yet it is something to measure myself and improvement!
